Anthony Pompliano's ProCap BTC, LLC Buys Another 1,208 Bitcoin and Now Holds A Total of 4,932 Bitcoin

New York, NY, June 25, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American investor and entrepreneur, Anthony Pompliano, today announced that ProCap BTC, LLC, a bitcoin-native financial services firm (the “Company”), has purchased 1,208 bitcoin at a time weighted average price ("TWAP") of $105,977 per bitcoin, following the Company’s June 23, 2025 announcement of a proposed $1 billion business combination with Columbus Circle Capital Corp. I (NASDAQ: CCCM) to take the Company public as ProCap Financial, Inc. The Company now holds 4,932 bitcoin on its balance sheet. The bitcoin was acquired as part of the Company’s on-going bitcoin purchase program. The Company has wasted no time delivering for its investors by deploying the funds raised at signing to accumulate bitcoin. As a result, equity investors received immediate bitcoin exposure from the equity raise. The Company plans to continue buying bitcoin for its balance sheet as part of its ongoing business strategy.
